Forklift/Warehouse Operative

Flexsource Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift / Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy warehouse operation based in Cork City.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of up to €34,500 per annum for the right candidate.

Salary

• Up to €34,500 per annum

Hours

• 39 hours per week
• 5 days over 7, on a rotating schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Operating both Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory.
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
• Completing basic warehouse administration and maintaining accurate records where required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• A valid Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.
• Administration experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
