The Role
As a Print Finisher / Rewinder, you will be responsible for inspecting, preparing, and finishing printed labels to ensure they meet strict customer and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately prepared and ready for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect printed labels to ensure quality meets customer expectations.
- Rewind labels according to customer specifications.
- Verify job details and ensure label accuracy.
- Operate finishing machinery and complete basic data entry tasks.
- Prepare and transport finished labels for shipping.
- Communicate any quality issues to press operators and supervisors.
- Support production targets and meet shipping deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years’ experience in manufacturing or production (print industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and Excel.
- Good numerical and basic maths ability.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines.
