The Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead, support, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure stock is stored and handled correctly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.
- Allocate daily tasks, manage workflow, and support staff scheduling.
- Work closely with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Promote health and safety best practices across the warehouse.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks is an advantage.
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the day.
- Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.

Location: Dublin (on-site)
Salary: €35,000–€45,000 per year, depending on experience
