The Flexsource Process
Flexsource’s dedicated team of specialists will ensure all of our Clients’ onboarding process goes as smoothly as possible. From the first call with a Flexsource team member, we hope our Clients feel at ease and know they have contacted the best team for the task.
During that call, we will try to understand the Client’s environment, type of business and qualify the role in detail. Our trained team members will go through what it is like to work with an agency, specifically Flexsource Terms & Conditions, and what documents we need in order to set the Client as billable on our system.
There will then be a discussion about how Flexsource will tailor our service to fit the Client's requirements.
An email will be sent to the Client with T&Cs, rates, more information about Flexsource, and contact details for getting in touch.
Sourcing the Candidates
Once the onboarding process is complete, our team will go hands on to source the perfect candidates based on requirements given to us.
Flexsource team will create an effective job offer, after which we will go through our books to see do we hold a specific talent, if not, Flexsource team will move on to our advertisement platforms and create eye catching job offer. All of our jobs get their spot on one or more platforms such as Indeed, Jobs.ie, Irish Jobs ect.
Once we created a pool of interested candidates our Consultants create a list of candidates matching the initial criteria your business requires, next step is to invite them to our office to complete our registration forms and put them on our books after which we will take them for an in person interview to establish their skills and test their language level.
Upon competition of successful interview and all the documentation have been verified our consultant will send a successful candidate your way.
Placement and maintaining of candidates
When both client and candidate are happy to move forward, Flexsource team will ensure the candidate is informed about the start date and confirm with both parties all required details and if needed provide the candidate with PE.
After successful candidate placement on our client site, member of our team will insure all the necessary procedures are finished and ready for payroll, such as providing candidate with necessary documentation and letters for PPS and Bank Details if needed, placing them in our CRM for payroll processing.
Flexsource are offering two options for our client once it comes to our payroll and weekly hour approval, this will be agreed in onboarding process with the client based on the volume of candidates needed in ongoing recruitment or as one time hire.
Flexsource team also will have weekly or monthly client visits or online meeting discussed prior with the client to keep track of recruitment requirements and onsite candidates follow up.
