Airport Loader

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Loaders for one of our clients, a leading aviation services provider based at Dublin Airport.

This is a full-time opportunity for candidates seeking a role in a secure, structured airport environment.

Key Duties:

• Loading and unloading catering trolleys, food containers, and aircraft equipment
• Assisting with aircraft catering operations in line with airline requirements
• Completing daily equipment and vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Ensuring all loads are secured safely and signed for where required
• Carrying out security checks and complying with airport procedures
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and manual handling procedures
• Completing daily logs and associated documentation accurately
• Supporting warehouse operations and general ad hoc duties as required
• Maintaining cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, and work areas
• Liaising professionally with colleagues and airport staff
• Carrying out quality checks and supporting operational improvements

Key Requirements:

• Good level of spoken and written English
• Previous warehouse, catering, logistics, or loading experience desirable
• Full clean driving licence advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to pass Garda Vetting and 5-year background checks

Hours, Pay & Benefits:

• 5 days over 7 – rotating shifts (start between 05:00 - 13:30)
• €15.72 per hour (standard rate)
• Overtime:
  • 1.5x after 39 hours – €23.58 per hour
  • 2.0x after 4 hours overtime – €31.44 per hour
• Sunday premium: €17.23 per hour
• Early hours premium (05:00–07:00): €19.65 per hour
