Warehouse Operative – Animal Feed Manufacturing
Flexsource is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a well-established company in the animal feed manufacturing industry based in Naas.
This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with physical work, manual handling, and working in a busy industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Moving and handling animal feed products (up to 20kg bags).
- General warehouse and yard duties.
- Operating warehouse equipment.
- Checking and storing products correctly.
- Keeping the work area clean and organised.
- Following health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or similar physical roles.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with noise, dust, and changing temperatures.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Good level of English.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday – rotating weekly shifts:
- Morning: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Evening: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Pay Rate
€16.98 per hour
(€14.15 base rate + 20% shift allowance)
