Client Delivery Associate

Location: Limerick

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 17:30pm

Flexsource Recruitment, part of the CPL Group, is currently seeking a Client Delivery Associate to join our growing Light Industrial Recruitment Team in Limerick.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver an excellent service.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from advertising roles to supporting candidate placement.
• Create and manage job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
• Source, screen and engage suitable candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Ensure candidate compliance is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Flexsource and CPL Group.
• Monitor team KPIs and contribute to achieving recruitment targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the Light Industrial sector or onsite client delivery, is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal recruitment systems.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer and candidate experiences.
