We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our client's site based in Raheen, Limerick. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or stores experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining high standards.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received accurately, stock is controlled effectively, and materials are issued to internal departments in a timely manner. You will also help maintain accurate SAP records, support stock movements, and ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organised at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive goods against purchase orders and verify deliveries against delivery dockets and SAP information
  • Maintain accurate records of received goods
  • Issue spare parts, silicon, chemicals, and gases to manufacturing through SAP
  • Process returned parts and put-aways using SAP warehouse management
  • Deliver parts and non-stock items across the site as required
  • Update SAP records as required by engineers and vendors
  • Support all aspects of warehouse operations and highlight any issues where necessary
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards within the warehouse area
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and departmental standards
  • Work closely with team members to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
  • Follow established procedures and work effectively with minimal supervision

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  •  2-5 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or stores environment
  • Experience working with SAP or similar warehouse management systems is an advantage
  • Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licences desirable not essential 
  • Clean driver’s licence
  • Comfortable operating warehouse equipment
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business systems
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good timekeeping
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Weekly hours: Mon-Fri; 39-40 hours hourly rate: 18.00 € p/h
