General Operative

General operative – Citywest, Dublin

Flexsource is currently recruiting General operative on behalf of our client based in Citywest, Dublin. We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join a growing team in a busy warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or general operative experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently

• Working closely with the Manager, team members, and other departments

• Maintaining productivity in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Achieving and maintaining required pick rate targets

• Working comfortably in a target-driven environment

• Using basic computer systems

• Supporting team operations and maintaining a positive working attitude

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable

• Basic English communication skills

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Valid Manual Handling Certificate (training can be provided)

• Ability to reliably commute to Citywest, Dublin for all scheduled shifts

Job Type: 

Full-time position – Monday to Friday

Available shifts:

• Morning Shift: 8:30am – 4:30pm

• Day Shift: 10:00am – 6:00pm

• Evening Shift: 4:30pm – 12:30am

Pay Rate:

From €14.25 per hour

Location: Citywest, Dublin (On-site)
