Transport Day Shift Clerk

Job description;

Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based in Ballymun, North Dublin.

My Client requires a Transport Cover Clerk to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities;

• Assign Driver Vehicle and Paperwork
• Check Driver Tacho and working hours
• Check Return Documentation
• Follow up on Delivery Issues
• Check out vehicles keys and assign Bays
• Ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements;

• High Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc )

Pay;

• Day clerk duties - €16.55 p/h

Shift Times;

• Day Shift 07:00 - 19:00
