Pay Rate:
- €14.89per hour (first 6 months)
- €15.63 per hour (after 6 months)
- Sunday Premium: €22.66

Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor has a welcoming and memorable experience
- Engage with guests by sharing knowledge about the brand, brewing process, and overall experience in an enthusiastic and professional manner
- Support the smooth operation of visitor experiences, maintaining a high standard of presentation and organisation at all times
- Assist with beer tastings, ensuring quality presentation and providing guidance to enhance the visitor experience
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest journey
- Handle customer queries and feedback confidently, resolving any concerns in a professional and positive manner
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a hospitality, catering, or customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and shift patterns as required
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
