Job Description:
Flexsource are currently recruiting for an Air Freight Clerk on behalf of our Client, a leading global logistics and freight forwarding company based in North Dublin.
Due to continued growth, our Client is seeking an Air Freight Clerk to join their expanding Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate looking to start or develop a career within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of air freight shipments from origin to destination
- Prepare, review and process shipping documentation
- Liaise with customers, airlines, customs agents and internal departments
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data
- Support the Air Freight Team with daily administrative duties
- Assist in resolving operational issues and customer queries
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
Key Requirements:
- Previous administration, customer service or logistics experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
Benefits:
