Location: Mallow, Co. Cork
Salary: €28,000–€35,000 DOE
Flexsource Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing operation in Mallow, Co. Cork on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised, and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods.
- Re-palletise, label, and correctly store stock.
- Verify delivery documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Carry out stock cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
Planning & Administration
- Allocate pick slips and prepare stock documentation.
- Coordinate bookings, manifests, and transport with hauliers.
- Maintain batch records and warehouse documentation.
- Respond to customer and supplier queries via phone and email.
Processing & Sampling
- Repack, blend, decant, weigh, and label products.
- Prepare and dispatch samples.
- Schedule sample collections and maintain accurate records.
General Duties
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
- Perform general warehouse and office duties as required.
- Support the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience.
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate.
- Current Forklift Licence (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, proactive, and reliable approach to work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Full legal right to live and work in Ireland on a permanent basis.
