Warehouse Operative | Full-Time | Permanent

Location: Mallow, Co. Cork

Salary: €28,000–€35,000 DOE

Flexsource Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing operation in Mallow, Co. Cork on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised, and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods.
  • Re-palletise, label, and correctly store stock.
  • Verify delivery documentation and maintain accurate warehouse records.
  • Carry out stock cycle counts and reconcile inventory.

Planning & Administration

  • Allocate pick slips and prepare stock documentation.
  • Coordinate bookings, manifests, and transport with hauliers.
  • Maintain batch records and warehouse documentation.
  • Respond to customer and supplier queries via phone and email.

Processing & Sampling

  • Repack, blend, decant, weigh, and label products.
  • Prepare and dispatch samples.
  • Schedule sample collections and maintain accurate records.

General Duties

  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
  • Perform general warehouse and office duties as required.
  • Support the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience.
  • Valid Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Current Forklift Licence (essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible, proactive, and reliable approach to work.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full legal right to live and work in Ireland on a permanent basis.
