Warehouse Team Leader

Flexsource are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a leading logistics operation based in Parkwest Industrial Estate, Dublin 12.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring efficient stock control and distribution processes within a fast-paced environment.

This role requires at least 2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with production, maintenance, sales, and other departments to determine material and stock requirements for current and future operations
• Review, develop, and implement stock control, handling, and distribution policies to maximise efficiency of space, labour, and resources
• Advise the purchasing team on required goods, quality, quantities, and delivery timelines
• Prepare reports on expenditure and support improvements in materials planning and stock control policies
• Manage storage allocation, warehouse space planning, and conduct regular stock inspections to identify damage or deterioration
• Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently, safely, and in line with company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock control processes
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) desirable
• Knowledge of cycle counting and distribution logistics
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
