Flexsource are currently recruiting an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious retail professional looking to take the next step in their management career with a well-established and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Drive sales, maximise store performance, and maintain high operational standards.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years' experience in a senior retail management or supervisory role.
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Previous experience managing, coaching, and developing a team.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive sales and team performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience within furniture, interiors, technology, appliances, or similar retail sectors is an advantage but not essential.

What's on Offer

• Salary: €33,250 per annum.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to €50,000 per annum through a generous commission structure.
• Hours: 35.5 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
