Import/Export Operator

Flexsource are recruiting for an Import/Export Operator – Rosslare, Co. Wexford

We have an urgent requirement for a flexible Import/Export Operator to join a leading company based in Rosslare, Co. Wexford. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of €35,000 – €40,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage bookings for import/export cargo
• Liaise with customers regarding delivery/collection of goods
• Prepare and process customs documentation and Bills of Lading
• Ensure accuracy and smooth flow of information between customers and the Line
• Act as point of contact for port agents, ship bookings, and customer queries
• Support with general administrative and ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

• Full driver’s licence (essential)
• Based in or near Rosslare / Co. Wexford
• Experience in the shipping, import/export, or logistics industry is a strong advantage
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills within a busy environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, with daily interaction across global offices and customers
• Flexible, positive, and proactive attitude to cover early/late shifts

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours per week (7-day operation, rota-based with early starts and late finishes)
• Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 (depending on experience)
