Warehouse Team Leader

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team based in Co. Kildare. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse operatives on a daily basis
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Assign tasks and keep track of team performance
• Use Counterbalance and Reach forklifts when required
• Monitor stock levels and support goods-in and dispatch functions
• Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences (essential)
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse environment
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead by example and drive team performance
• PPT licence would be beneficial, but not required

Pay & Hours

• €18.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• 40 hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
