Warehouse Supervisor
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced logistics operation in Co. Kildare. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering excellent long-term career prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of warehouse operations
- Lead, support, and develop warehouse staff, including Team Leaders and Operatives
- Ensure all processes are carried out in line with company procedures and health & safety standards
- Track and manage team productivity, performance, and workflow
- Maintain accurate stock control and supervise goods-in and dispatch activities
- Address operational challenges and ensure smooth and efficient operations
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences (essential)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- PPT licence is desirable, but not essential
Pay & Working Hours
- €21.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 40 hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
