Warehouse Supervisor
We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy logistics operation based in Co. Kildare. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency
- Manage and support warehouse staff, including Team Leaders and Operatives
- Ensure compliance with logistics processes, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Monitor productivity, performance, and workflow
- Maintain stock accuracy and oversee inbound/outbound operations
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day running
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licences (essential)
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
- Strong understanding of logistics compliance, processes, and procedures
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- PPT licence is an advantage but not essential
Pay & Hours
- €21.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 40 hours per week (30-minute unpaid break)
Additional Information
- Opportunity to move to a permanent contract after 12 weeks, subject to performance
