Flexsource is currently recruiting for a Customer Facing Warehouse Assistant for our Client based in Cork. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous Retail/Customer Service/ Warehouse Experience.
This role requires 4 days full time, 30/40 hours per week with the requirement to move to 2 days plus cover for Annual leave days in the New Year. This role will require a 5 day working week as we move into our Christmas period.
You will be part of an expert team driving brand awareness, providing a 5 star Customer Service experience and assisting with telesales / Orders/ Processing Returns & Breakages & sales while making each of our customers feel special every day.
Responsibilities :
Placing Dropshipping orders through to the relevant partner.
Handling customer queries with a focus on an efficient and responsive resolution.
In your role as first point of contact with the customer – ensuring to channel upwards to Management any repeat issues immediately along with regular feedback forums.
Correspond and meet regular with picking and dispatch on customer order status.
Queries, store info, stock and tracking
Managing breakages, return
The ideal candidate will have a positive cando attitude, energetic in nature, curious to question & learn and agile to the working needs of the Business.
Experience :
6 Months Customer Facing/ Retail Experience
Customer Service Experience
Warehouse Experience
Hours Of Work :
Monday to Thursday 9am to 4.30pm
Rate of Pay €14.00 Per Hour
