Van Driver / Packer

Job Description:

Flexsource, part of the Cpl Group, is recruiting B-Class Drivers / Packers for a well-established moving and logistics company in Dublin. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a mix of driving and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start daily at a Dublin-based warehouse from 7:30am
• Assist with packing, loading, and preparing goods from approx. 8:30am
• Complete delivery runs (first delivery typically around 9am)
• Return to warehouse for approx. 4:30pm (finish times may vary)
• Carry out manual handling tasks as part of daily duties
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards

Key Requirements:

• Full, clean B-Class driving licence
• Manual handling certificate (training can be provided)
• Previous delivery driving or moving/packing experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility for ad-hoc shifts

Pay:

• Hourly Rate: from €15.55 per hour (DOE)
• Overtime Rate: from €17.55 per hour (after 46 hours per week)
