Transport First Line Manager for Night Shift

Job Description:

Flexsource are currently recruiting an experienced Transport First Line Manager (FLM) for a high-volume store delivery contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated logistics professional to lead and manage operations in a dynamic night-time environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee night transport operations for store delivery services
• Lead a team of drivers and support staff to meet delivery schedules
• Monitor and maintain performance, safety, and compliance standards
• Allocate vehicles and routes effectively to meet business needs
• Act as point of contact for operational issues during night shifts
• Drive team performance and maintain high morale

Requirements:

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a logistics setting
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
• Experience in transport, delivery, or supply chain operations (essential)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota

Hours:

• Full-Time, 4 on / 4 off – Nights (7PM – 7AM)

Pay:

• €27.01 per hour
