Transport Night Shift Clerk Cover

Job description;Flexsource is presently hiring for an exciting new position for our client, a global leader in supply chain, logistics, and distribution based in Ballymun, Co.Dublin.
My Client is seeking 1 month holiday cover for a Transport Clerk for Night Shift to join them and manage their everyday operations. 

Key Responsibilities;

• Assign Driver Vehicle and maintain transportation-related documents
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth timely loading and unloading
• Check and Track Drivers Tacho and working hours
• Handle and resolve any transportation-related issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in documentation
• Check out vehicles keys and assign Bays
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and prepare reports as required by management
• Ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements;

• High Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think critically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay;

• Day clerk duties - €17.05 p/h
• Night clerk duties - €18.75 p/h

Shift Times;

• Day Shift 07:00 - 19:00 and Night Sift 19:00 - 07:00
