Job Description:
Flexsource are recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company for a Supply Chain Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join a high-performing team and take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders, forecasts & supplier priorities
- Oversee shipments, invoices & documentation
- Act as first point of contact for client orders & queries
- Support cross-functional teams (QA, Finance, RA)
- Maintain data accuracy in SAP & drive process improvements
Key Requirements:
- 3rd level degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, ideally in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Business One (or similar ERP).
- Experience with import/export and understanding of GMP compliance is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
- Strong data analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, General Office Hours (Flexibility Required)
- Hybrid working (min. 1 day onsite every 2 weeks)
Pay & Benefits:
- Up to €50k per year
