Store Manager

Flexsource are currently recruiting a Store Manager in Dublin 2

Our Client is an Irish makeup brand who are currently seeking a full time Store Manager to lead their Store based in Dublin 2. If you have retail leadership experience, with a qualification in the beauty and makeup industry, are passionate about an amazing customer journey do not hesitate to apply

Responsibility:

• Oversee effective day-to-day store operations and processes.
• Manage, inspire and empower your team by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development.
• Coach and motivate your team to drive sales and exceed store sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ability to offer a strong level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
• Assisting with customer make-up queries in relation to shade matching and Sculpted products.
• Play a leading role in maintaining a positive, inclusive and professional working environment and recognize achievements within the team.
• Assisting with in-store events and masterclasses when required.
• Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully support sales in-store.
• Oversee the opening and closing procedures for your store and ensure pristine store environment and standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience managing a high-traffic store, driving team targets and KPI’s as they relate to overall store revenue.
• A certified makeup qualification and previous experience with makeup services and events is essential. 
• Retail management experience in a similar setting, is essential.
• Experience creating and managing team rostering and shift assignments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with store visitors and customers.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver value.
