Warehouse Team Leader

Flexsource are currently seeking for Stock Control Warehouse Team Leader for busy warehouse based in Rathcoole.

Job type:

• Full-time, ongoing role

Key responsibilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including goods in, goods out, stock movement, storage and pipework
• Maintain stock integrity through accurate stock checks, cycle counts, and prompt resolution of discrepancies
• Manage the goods‑in process: unloading deliveries, checking materials, booking in stock, and ensuring correct put‑away
• Lead the goods‑out process, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently 
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, ensure staff follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Train, support, and motivate team members to maintain high productivity and operational standards
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, internal teams, and customers
• Assist in improving warehouse processes to support efficiency and high service levels

Required experience and skills:

• Strong background in stock management and maintaining stock accuracy
• Experience managing goods‑in and goods‑out processes
• Valid forklift licence
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices

Preferred experience and skills:

• Warehouse experience within plumbing, pipe supplies, or a similar trade environment.
