Site Supervisor

Flexsource are currently looking for an experienced Working Site Supervisor for my client, who provide cutting edge answers to maintenance problems in industry. The Ideal candidate will have up to 3 years construction or construction related supervisory experience. The company is based in Dublin; with customers throughout Ireland, so some travel and/or overnight stays will be required. 

The role:

• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the role involves:

• Supervise and work with your team to deliver projects hitting quality, technical, and safety goals.

• Project professional image of self and the company.

• Report accurate, concise information regarding progress.

• Monitor and control labour, plant and materials.

• Implement and promote safe systems of work over all activities.

• Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with site team.

• Ensure toolbox talks, safety alerts and method statement briefings are carried out.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years construction or construction related supervisory experience

• Full Clean Driving Licence

• Additional tickets (Confined Space, IPAF etc) desirable

• Knowledge of epoxies, composites and grit blasting desirable.
