Job Description
Flexsource is currently hiring, on behalf of our client, for a Rigid Truck Driver for holiday cover until August. This temporary position involves operating a fixed route to deliver medicines to hospitals, home care services, and private patients. It is a crucial role ensuring timely and secure delivery of essential medical supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow a scheduled delivery route for medical supplies
- Deliver to hospitals, home care providers, and private patients
- Conduct daily vehicle safety and compliance checks
- Load and unload goods securely and efficiently
- Accurately maintain digital delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service and professional interactions
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements
- Full, clean Category C driving licence
- CPC certification and valid digital tachograph card
- Experience in multidrop delivery preferred
- Comfortable using handheld digital devices
- Reliable and customer-focused
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Start time between 05:00 AM and 07:00 AM
Pay
- €17.85 per hour
- €16.29 daily subsistence (when working outside Dublin for more than 5 hours)
