Rigid Driver in North Dublin

Job Description;

Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a leading supplier to Ireland’s foodservice and hospitality sector based in North Dublin.

My Client requires a number of experienced Rigid Drivers to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have minimum 6 months experience in transporting, driving trucks and ideally Ireland’s geographical knowledge.

Job Title; Rigid Driver

Key Responsibilities;

• Daily vehicle and paperwork check before leaving site
• Multi Drop Delivery to customers in the Dublin region
• Liaising with Customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Loading and unloading company vehicles safely
• Work as part of a team and working on own initiative
• Ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements;

• A minimum 6 months C license driving is essential
• Digital tachograph card essential
• Full Clean license is required
• CPC Card PLUS New CPC Module completed
• Good customer interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role
• Temperature controlled experience would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided
• Manual handling is an advantage but training can be provided

Hours;

• 5 shifts over 6 (Monday-Saturday)
• Early Start time between 04:00-07:00 am
• Hours vary per day. Typically 40-45 hours per week.

Pay;

• €45K per year
• Plus meal allowance €13.71 per day
