Production Operator

Flexsource are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives for our Client based in Dublin, Damastown.

The primary purpose of a Production Operator is to work as part of a larger team to ensure Production activities run smoothly, in accordance with cGMPs and the Production schedule in order to produce high quality pharmaceutical product for our worldwide network of customers. Production Operators carry out tasks and operate machinery within all Production areas. These tasks include but are not limited to manufacturing, filling, packaging, inspecting and testing.

Duties:

· Operating machinery as directed.

· Implementing cGMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) in all production activities and ensuring all company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are adhered to.

· Working as part of the team to strive to meet the production schedule.

· Performing IP (In-Process) tests.

· Completing production records in accordance with cGMP.

· Informing the Team Leader or Production Supervisors immediately of any out of specification results or inefficiencies affecting production processes.

· Cleaning the production areas and equipment to ensure they are maintained and fit for use.

· Performing area clearances.

Experience:

6 Months + Experience in a Production Setting

Warehouse Experience

Hours or work:

2 Cycle

Week 1 -Monday – Thursday 6:30am – 2:30pm and Fridays 6:30am – 1:30pm

Week 2 - Monday – Thursday 2:30pm – 10:30pm and Fridays 1:30pm – 8:30pm

Rate of Pay - €16.00 Per Hour
