Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
About the Role:
Flexsource is currently recruiting multiple Production Operatives for a leading global company in the agri-food sector based in Naas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization with strong career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks, grain handling, and general yard duties (up to 20kg bags)
- Operating and maintaining production and warehouse equipment
- Receiving and checking goods against documentation
- Ensuring safe storage and handling of products
- General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or production experience required
- Ability to carry out physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling)
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable working in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, dust, noise, temperature changes)
Shift Pattern:
- Rotating weekly shifts (Mon-Fri)
- Days: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Evenings: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay rate:
- €16.98 per hour (14.15 per hour + 20% shift allowance)
