Do you have a background in manufacturing, maintenance, automation, engineering, or production and enjoy troubleshooting equipment and solving technical issues?
We're looking for a Process Technician to support and optimise automated manufacturing equipment in a leading global manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults
- Perform equipment set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers
- Support preventative and corrective maintenance
- Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements
- Work closely with Engineering and Production teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Level 6 qualification in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
- Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern (7 shifts over 14 days)
Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLCs, pneumatics, or high-speed manufacturing machinery is advantageous. Pharmaceutical or medical device experience is welcome but not essential.
