Flexsource is currently recruiting Pharmacy Technician's for our Client based in Dun Laoighaire.
Key Responsibilities
• Dispense medication accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Receive, process, and dispense medication orders for patients in nursing homes using EMAR
systems (primarily eNOVA and Nulife) and the McLernons dispensing system (MPS).
• Complete all relevant paperwork and electronic documentation accurately and appropriately.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions from the Technician Team Lead.
• Provide excellent customer service to nursing homes by ensuring
• Work with Care Home Team Leads to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring errors.
• Support the Stock Control team when required, ensuring correct brands are dispensed.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation in the pharmacy.
Qualifications & Skills
• Recognised Pharmacy Technician qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment is a key advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient and experienced in using pharmacy or dispensing software.
• Excellent verbal and written English Language skills.
€17 – 20 per hour DOE
Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm, plus take a turn on the weekend cover roster one day per month
