Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our client, a leading healthcare solutions provider with operations across Ireland.

Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team based in South Dublin.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment within the medical and pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise shipments from international suppliers to the Irish warehouse
• Manage deliveries to hospitals across Ireland
• Work with internal teams: Warehousing, Procurement, Customer Service, and Quality
• Ensure goods are delivered on time and in line with quality standards
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
• Build and manage relationships with logistics providers
• Monitor delivery performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure all work follows regulatory standards (including GDP)
• Ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service or logistic role
• Experience in pharma or medical devices is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of GDP and logistics regulations

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 37.5 hours per week 09:00 - 17:30
