The Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Field Service Engineer to join the Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on an autonomous, customer-facing role while being fully supported by a dedicated team in the Irish headquarters in Cork City.

You will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of advanced HVAC and climate control systems across Dublin and the surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems and associated equipment.

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

• Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and all relevant environmental and safety standards.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise system uptime and energy efficiency.

• Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.

• Prepare accurate service reports and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with colleagues in Cork HQ for technical guidance, parts, and planning support.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified HVAC Engineer or Service Engineer with relevant trade or engineering background.

• F-Gas certification (mandatory).

• Experience working with energy efficiency, ventilation, cooling, or climate control technologies.

• CAD or design engineering experience (desirable, not essential).

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel within Dublin and surrounding areas.
