General Operatives / Order Pickers
Flexsource is currently recruiting General Operatives / Order Pickers for our client, a long-established food distribution company based in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join an expanding warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking orders in a cold-storage warehouse environment
- Packing, scanning, and labelling products
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Moving and locating stock efficiently
- Working as part of a team and following instructions from management
- Carrying out additional warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and effective spoken and written English
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in cold conditions
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
Pay & Hours
- €17.12 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours
- Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Full-time position
- PPE and uniform provided
