Job Description
Flexsource are currently recruiting a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Naas. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term, full-time role in a fast-paced and supportive warehouse environment.
Whether you’re an experienced warehouse operative or looking to build your logistics career, full training will be provided to the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with unloading incoming deliveries and checking stock for accuracy
- Sort and place materials or items onto racks, shelves, or designated storage areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or collection in line with daily schedules
- Operate handheld scanners to perform accurate inventory control
- Conduct regular stock counting and location checks to ensure inventory accuracy
- Perform general warehouse cleaning and ad hoc duties as required to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
Key Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to work weekends is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
- Good level of spoken and written English (preferred)
Hours & Contract
- Full-time (5 days per week)
- Fixed-term contract: 11 months
- On-site role based in Naas
- Immediate start available

- Hourly Rate: €15.10 – €22.38 (based on experience/shift)
