Flexsource is currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a busy operations team in Carrigtwohill.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving grounds maintenance, general upkeep, cleaning, machinery operation and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.
Grass cutting, strimming, pruning and general grounds maintenance
Mechanical weed control and vegetation management
Cleaning, litter collection and maintaining a safe and tidy environment
Carrying out light maintenance, minor repairs and general civil works
Assisting with vehicle and car park management when required
Collecting goods and materials off site when required
Operating machinery and vehicles safely
Working effectively with colleagues, supervisors and management
Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Full clean driving licence
B+E licence preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience is an advantage but not essential
Comfortable working with machinery and vehicles
Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual duties
Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
€14.70 per hour
Permanent position
40 hours per week
5/7 days, including weekends and bank holidays as required
