Flexsource is currently seeking an experienced General Operative to join our client’s warehouse team based in Arklow, Co. Wicklow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to further develop their skills and grow within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders as part of daily freight and logistics operations.
- Handling goods carefully and accurately in line with company procedures.
- Checking, scanning, and completing all associated warehouse documentation.
- Loading and unloading freight as required.
- Preparing materials and equipment for production-related tasks.
- Operating machinery in line with production schedules and performance targets.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised work environment.
- Ensuring full compliance with all health & safety policies and company regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a busy warehouse or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive “can-do” attitude with the ability to work efficiently.
- Good attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- A forklift licence would be an advantage, depending on the specific role.
