General Operative – Picking & Packing

Flexsource is seeking an experienced General Operative to join our client’s warehouse team in Arklow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders as part of daily freight and logistics operations.
• Handling goods carefully and accurately according to company procedures.
• Checking, scanning, and completing all related warehouse paperwork.
• Loading and unloading freight as required.
• Preparing materials and equipment for production tasks.
• Operating machinery in line with production targets.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures and company regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy warehouse or similar fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work efficiently.
• Attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Forklift licence may be beneficial, depending on the specific role.
