DELI MANAGER- Cork

Flexsource are currently recruiting a Deli Manager for a busy Retail Chain in Cork ,Carrigaline

What will I be doing as Deli Manager?

You will play a vital role in supporting the front-line operations of our business.

·        Support the manager with various administrative tasks to ensure the highest performance of the store.

·        Ensuring high levels of food safety and HACCP compliance. 

·        Merchandising our food offer. 

·        Ensuring that the store is operating in line with Maxol standards, policies, and procedures.

About you :

· Previous experience in the fresh food/deli department would be beneficial

· Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP is required

· Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills

· Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative

· Professional & polite manner is essential

· Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment

· Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges
