Flexsource is currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join our client's dynamic kitchen team in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a reputable employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requisition, prepare, portion, and pack both raw and cooked food
  • Manage food rotation, labelling, chilling, and storage
  • Maintain cleanliness and good order in your assigned area
  • Monitor food quality, quantity, and presentation across service points
  • Operate relevant kitchen computer systems
  • Advise and support staff on portion control and standards
  • Adhere to all hygiene, cook-chill, and health & safety protocols
  • Report mechanical defects, damages, or incidents promptly
  • Assist with special functions and cross-cover duties as required
  • Attend ongoing training courses
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Chef or Catering Management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in catering or high-volume kitchen environments
  • QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification
  • Full-time availability
  • Authorization to work in Ireland
  • Successful completion of Garda Vetting
  • Two professional references covering five years of employment history
