Previous experience as a Catering Assistant in Ireland with good communication and time management skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good spoken English and professional approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize food and kitchen areas.
  • Serve breakfast to patients and collect trays.
  • Assist with food counter setup and service.
  • Follow portion control and check food temperatures.
  • Keep counters tidy and replenish items during service.
  • Complete additional duties as required.
  • Follow HACCP standards and document all cleaning.

Requirements:

  • Garda Vetting.
  • Manual Handling (training can be provided).
  • HACCP knowledge essential (training can be provided).
