Bendi Forklift Operative

Flexsource are currently recruiting a Forklift Operative for our Client in Dublin 15 .

RESPONSIBILITIES

In particular the Warehouse Operator shall be responsible for -

• Performing all duties professionally, in an organised and timely manner, to deliver the performance required by the company. 
• Ensuring that his/her working environment is kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
• Carrying out his/her work in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure compliance with Quality  systems ensuring that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with EHS management systems.
•  Ensuring that all work is to a high standard and that recording is accurate and legible. 
• Reporting any breaches of SOPs, company policies, safety procedures, environmental procedures and/or GMP. 
•  Avoiding yet when necessary reporting any loss of materials and product through spillage’s, contaminants etc.
• Operating company equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures to avoid damage and to ensure safe working of same.
• Handling of all materials according to safety instructions so as not to endanger him/herself, others or the environment. • Maintaining Personal Protective Equipment in good working order and reporting any defects immediately. 
• Ensuring that all key performance indicators in the area are met. 
• Taking part in any projects associated with the company’s Continuous Improvement Programmes.
•  Assisting the Warehouse Team Leader/Manager in any other work to ensure the objectives of the Supply Chain Department and those of the company are met. • Promoting and maintaining good employee relations. • Undertaking all training & development programmes (both in-house and external) deemed necessary and appropriate for job, organisation and/or personal development. 
• Undertake any travel required in connection with the job
• Ensuring that ones own training record is complete and up to date.
•  Contributing to the achievement of the Departments and Company’s EHS goals by exercising a duty of care. 
• Reporting all accidents and injuries sustained in work
• Promoting company values and ethics. • Treating all colleagues and business contacts with dignity and respect

Must have Bendi, Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Cert

Hours - 07:30 am to 04 pm Monday to Thursday 

07:30 am to 03 pm Friday

We are placing the pay rate at 17 euros per hour.
