Our client is currently recruiting for a Bar Supervisor to join a Strong Team in South County Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual ready to step into a leadership role, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Bar Manager in day-to-day operations
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff during shifts
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
Manage stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
Train new staff and provide ongoing support to the team
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards
Contribute to team meetings and support the planning of promotions or events
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment
Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers
Ability to lead by example and work well under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Valid authorization to work in Ireland
