Flexsource is currently recruiting for a number of Activation agents for our Client based in Cork.
As a Activation Agent, you’ll play a key role in driving business, engaging with customers face-to-face, and ensuring a smooth journey from first contact through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with Current residential and business customers.
- Present New Upgrade of tailored broadband and telecom solutions.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Consistently achieve targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6 months’ customer-facing experience (field sales, retail, or similar).
- Experience or knowledge of broadband installation and/or telecommunications is desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle is a must.

Hours Of Work :
12.00-18.00 Monday to Friday
