The Role
As a Production Operator, you will support manufacturing operations while ensuring quality, safety and production targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
· Assembly and production of components in line with company procedures
· Operating manufacturing machinery and equipment
· Carrying out quality inspections and reporting defects
· Following health and safety requirements at all times
· Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
· Completing production documentation accurately
· Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
What We're Looking For
· Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable
· Strong attention to detail
· Good communication skills
· Flexible approach to shift work
· Reliable and dependable attendance record
· Ability to work effectively within a team environment
