Flexsource is currently recruiting General operative on behalf of our client based in Citywest, Dublin. We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join a growing team in a busy warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or general operative experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
Working closely with the Manager, team members, and other departments
Maintaining productivity in a busy, fast-paced environment
Achieving and maintaining required pick rate targets
Working comfortably in a target-driven environment
Using basic computer systems
Supporting team operations and maintaining a positive working attitude
Previous warehouse experience is desirable
Basic English communication skills
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well as part of a team
Valid Manual Handling Certificate (training can be provided)
Ability to reliably commute to Citywest, Dublin for all scheduled shifts
Full-time position – Monday to Friday
Morning Shift: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Day Shift: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Evening Shift: 4:30pm – 12:30am
