Cpl is equally committed to fostering an open environment and a culture of full accountability where not just employees are encouraged to Speak Up, but those outside of the organisation are too (e.g. job applicants, former employees, former agency workers, client or suppliers). ‘Speaking Up’ refers to disclosures of suspected wrongdoing in relation to Cpl and its business activities, also known as whistleblowing or protected disclosure.
