Job Description;
Flexsource are currently recruiting a number of roles for our Client, On of Ireland’s leading food Retail and Wholesale Distribution providers based in South Dublin.
Our Client requires a number of experienced Rigid and Artic Drivers in their distribution depots to join their expanding team.
The ideal candidate for this role will have minimum 6 months experience in transporting, driving trucks and ideally Ireland's geographical knowledge.
Job Title; Truck Driver
Key Responsibilities;
- Daily vehicle and paperwork check before and after leaving site
- Multidrop Delivering to Shops
- Liaising with Customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Loading and unloading company vehicles safely using Tail lift
- Work as part of a team and working on own initiative
- Driving of refrigerated truck & trailers
Key Requirements;
- A minimum 6 months C or CE license driving is essential
- Digital tachograph card essential
- Full Clean license is required
- CPC Card PLUS New CPC Module completed after the 9th of September 2023
- Manual handling is an advantage but training can be provided
Hours;
- 5-6 shifts between Monday – Saturday
- Shifts around 9 hours per day
- Early start time around 5 am
Pay;
- From €17-€19 per hour
- 1.5 OT available on 6th day per week
- €16.29 per day meal allowance per shift
